On the TV we are told what wine goes with what food.
But then I kind of feel bereft because I dont like wine. Only the very expensive tastes any good. The rest could go with fish and chips as far as Im concerned. I dont drink much anyway but when I do I go for spirits/cocktails and even beer. Do you LIKE wine ..if not ..whats your poison? http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:wf4m3XBFQP7WmM:http://www.r4nt.com/images |

Toohey's Pils. A relatively new beer brewed with saaz hops, and it doesn't give you a hang over. Slightly more expensive because of the quality, but well worth it. I was a VB man for about 14 years before discovering Pils, and even the smell of VB turns me off now. Goodbye to hang overs after that. Don't drink spirits except for the occasional vodka, or bloody Mary.

Neither do I generally speaking, although I did have a light beer about a month ago - the first in two years. It's nothing to do with ethics or abstinence. I just don't like the taste of alcoholic drink, and the measurable effect they have on my fitness level. I usually drink water or sports drinks in hot conditions. |

http://www.tuberose.com/Fluoride.html
Groundbreaking new research has linked sodium fluoride to cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. Researchers found that fluoride consumption directly stimulates the hardening of your arteries, a condition known as atherosclerosis that is highly correlatedwith the #1 killer. Sodium fluoride is currently added to the water supply of many cities worldwide, despite extreme opposition from health professionals and previous studies linking it to decreased IQ and infertility. In their research, scientists examined the relationship between fluoride intake and the hardening (calcification) of the arteries. Studying more than 60 patients, the researchers found a significant correlation between fluoride consumption and the calcification of your arteries. Published in the January edition of the journal Nuclear Medicine Communications, the research highlights the fact that mass fluoride exposure may be to blame for the cardiovascular disease epidemic that takes more lives each year than cancer. In 2008, cardiovascular disease killed 17 million people. According to the authors of the study: “The coronary fluoride uptake value in patients with cardiovascular events was significantly higher than in patients without cardiovascular events.” Amazingly, this is not the first report to come out on the dangers of water fluoridation, however the United States government along with other nations have allowed for the continued fluoridation of the public water supply despite these key findings. In fact, the U.S. government has even gone on record stating that a reduction in water fluoridation needs to occur following the results of a massive study that found water fluoridation affected cognitive function to the point of lowering the IQ of children. It turns out that the announcement was little more than a public relations stunt to curtail the massive wave of activism that followed the findings. Government Admits Dangers Yet Continues to Pump Fluoride Into Your Water Supply Over 24 other studies have unanimously concluded that fluoride negatively impacts cognitive function. In addition to these 24 studies focusing on cognition, over 100 animal studies have linked fluoride to an increase in male infertility, diabetes, and a whole host of other health problems. In the latest study on cognition, it was found that that 28% of the children who lived in an area where fluoride levels were low achieved the highest test scores. This means that the children exposed to less fluoride scored normal or advanced, while only 8% of fluoridated children did the same. In fact, the safety precautions regarding sodium fluoride are quite telling themselves: Risk and Safety Phrases. R25 – Toxic if swallowed. R32 – Contact with acid liberates very toxic gas. R36/38 – Irritating to skin and eyes. S1/2 – Keep locked up and out of reach of children. S22 – Do not breathe dust. S36 – Wear suitable protective clothing. S45 – In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label whenever possible.) According to the latest numbers, over 72 percent of Americans drink water treated with fluoride. Is it any wonder that cardiovascular disease rates are off the charts? Perhaps most concerning is the fact that fluoride does not even prevent cavities, which is the very reason legislators have pushed to keep it in the public water supply despite the links to deadly disease. Even if fluoride was found to prevent cavities, would it be worth the adverse effects? Fluoride should be completely removed from the international water supply as it is a threat to public health. Until the proper legislation is passed, acquiring a high-quality water filter that removes fluoride is vital for the health perseverance of you and your family. The fluoride ADDED to the water is not "naturally occurring fluoride." It's a chemical byproduct often purchased from chemical plants in China. It is used in the manufacture of effervescing steel, and the smelting and refining of light metals. It is also used as a wood preservative, an adhesive preservative, an insecticide, a protective coating for metals, a pickle for steels and other metals, a flux for soldering and welding, as well as a flux and pacifier for ceramic, glass and porcelain enamel. Ingesting fluoride is not good for your teeth. It's not truly natural calcium fluoride, but fluosilicic acid toxins being pushed as fluoride. What cities call "fluoride" is actually a toxic cocktail of over 100 deadly industrial chemicals and heavy metals, many of which are purchased in bulk from China, where industrial processing plants are trying to get rid of their excess toxic waste by labeling it "sodium fluoride." Fluosilicic Acid / hydrofluosilicic acid is a colorless, transparent and smoky liquid with penetrating odor; highly acidic; soluble in water and volatile; corrosive to glass, ceramics, lead and other metals; highly corrosive to human skin and harmful to people's respiratory organs; it should be kept in a container made of plastics. There is no such thing as a "low" level of fluoride or an "optimum" level of fluoride in drinking water. Pure drinking water should contain NO fluoride whatsoever. Fluoride is not "safe" for human consumption. Sodium fluoride is labeled by its industrial manufacturers with stern safety.... |

... warnings about causing severe harm to humans.
Companies also manufacturer synthetic cryolite, a fluoride-pesticide that's being secretly sprayed on grapes and other crops, adding huge quantities of fluoride to your food. Synthetic cryolite It's mainly used as a flux in the aluminum smelting by fused-salt electrolysis; also an opalizer in the manufacture of enamel; an opacifier and auxiliary solvent of glass and enamel; an insecticide of crops; a flux in aluminum alloy casting; and in the production of ferrous alloy and effervescing steel; as well as a wear-resistant filler for resin and rubber-boned abrasive wheels. Some Non-organic Foods Contain Upwards of 180 Times the Fluoride Level of Tap Water Many non-organic foods contain extremely high levels of fluoride because of the pesticide chemicals sprayed on them -- and in some cases, non-organic produce contains up to 180 times the amount of fluoride found in tap water. Fluoride-based pesticide chemicals such as cryolite (sodium hexafluoroaluminate) are commonly used on non-organic food crops because they are highly effective at both killing pests and protecting crops against pest damage. But these same chemicals tend to persist in, and on, produce, where unsuspecting consumers regularly consume them with their everyday meals. About one-third of the average person's fluoride exposure comes from non-organic food grown using fluoride chemicals. Cryolite is actually sodium aluminum fluoride ... this sodium aluminum fluoride is especially effective at killing bugs. It's also very sticky, so when they spray it, it's more likely to stick on your produce, unless you're ... really working at trying to get it off of it." Another reason to grow food indoors. Citrus fruits, it turns out, are allowed by law to be contaminated with up to 95 parts per million (ppm) of sodium aluminum fluoride, while potatoes are permitted to have up to 22 ppm on the outside skin, and two ppm on the inside flesh. Raisins are allowed to have 55 ppm of the chemical, while romaine lettuce can have up to 40 ppm. But perhaps the worst offender is iceberg lettuce, which is allowed to have a whopping 180 ppm of sodium aluminum fluoride, or 180 times the amount of fluoride typically added to municipal water supplies. Conventional cereals, which are often made with pesticide-ridden grains, tend to contain high levels of fluoride as well. What Is Fluoride? Fluoride is any combination of elements containing the fluoride ion. In its elemental form, fluorine is a pale yellow, highly toxic and corrosive gas. In nature, fluorine is found combined with minerals as fluorides. It is the most chemically active nonmetallic element of any element and also is the most reactive electro-negative ion. Because of this extreme reactivity, fluorine isn't found in nature as an uncombined element. Fluorine is a member of group VIIa of the periodic table. It readily displaces other halogens—such as chlorine, bromine and iodine—from their mineral salts. With hydrogen it forms hydrogen fluoride gas which, in a water solution, becomes hydrofluoric acid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WFpbwsITZtI Blaylock: Fluoride's Deadly Secret (Full Length • HD) Uploaded on Dec 13, 2010 Dr. Russell Blaylock M.D. is a retired neurosurgeon and author whose trailblazing research has tirelessly documented the fact that there is an epidemic of neurological disorders in the western world which are directly connected to toxins in our environment, and how this relates to the larger global eugenics program behind population reduction. In this fascinating interview, Blaylock reveals how depopulation programs forged by the Rockefeller foundation in association with the Nazis were the basis of modern day incarnations of eugenics like fluoride poisoning and vaccinations. http://prisonplanet.tv/video-reports/... Category News & Politics http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zo6SnvmMP9k Professor Paul Connett: Your Toxic Tap Water Uploaded on Dec 24, 2010 Dr. Paul Connett, Professor of Chemistry at St. Lawrence University in New York, gives a damning interview on the history of water fluoridation, the collusion of major industries to put certified toxic waste into your drinking water, and why government health authorities refuse to conduct scientific studies into the dangers of fluoridation. After watching this video, you will never look at tap water the same way again. Connett describes how he initially thought people who opposed fluoridation were "a bunch of whackos," before conducting his own research which found that sodium fluoride was a toxic substance that contributed to a wide array of health defects. Heavy industry is barred from dumping this toxic waste into the sea by international law, but being able to sell it enables them to remove its hazardous characteristic and it becomes a product, explains Connett, polluting not only our water supply but also toothpaste and thousands of different foods. |

pepsie max?
do you know that is infested with aspartame? its not good at all for you... you may detox this product from your system here http://www.sweetpoison.com/aspartame-information.html Dangers of Aspartame Poisoning The dangers of aspartame poisoning have been a well guarded secret since the 1980s. The research and history of aspartame is conclusive as a cause of illness and toxic reactions in the human body. Aspartame is a dangerous chemical food additive, and its use during pregnancy and by children is one of the greatest modern tragedies of all. Why haven't you heard about aspartame poisoning before? Partly because the diet industry is worth trillions of American dollars to corporations, and they want to protect their profits by keeping the truth behind aspartame's dangers hidden from the public. When NutraSweet® was introduced for the 'second' time in 1981, a diet craze revolutionized America's eating protocols and a well-oiled money machine was set into motion changing modern lifestyles. After more than twenty years of aspartame use, the number of its victims is rapidly piling up, and people are figuring out for themselves that aspartame is at the root of their health problems. Patients are teaching their doctors about this nutritional peril, and they are healing themselves with little to no support from traditional medicine. however freewill, many blessings namaste |

thats not even a good guess,
here are some facts for you The Truth About Aspartame A study out of Arizona State University that was published in the Journal of Applied Nutrition determined that Aspartame causes brain damage by leaving traces of Methanol in the blood(1). Another study published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine determined that long term consumption of Aspartame leads to an imbalance in the antioxidant/pro-oxidant status in the brain(2). A study published by Washington University Medical School outlines a possible connection between aspartame and brain tumors(3) The brain isn’t the only thing in question when it comes to aspartame. A recent study linked aspartame to Lymphoma and Leukemia(4)(5). The study was published at the beginning of December in 2012, conducted by the Department of Medicine at Bringham Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. The study was a follow up after a 22 year period of data collection including frequent dietary and health check ups of the study group and was published in the The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. A study published in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology determined that sugar sweetened soda increases the odds for kidney function decline(6). 3,318 women participated in the study for a number of years as they consumed diet soda that contained artificial sweeteners, most notably aspartame. Two or more diet drinks a day led to a double risk in fast-paced kidney decline. The study was conducted by scientists from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Aspartame clearly has the potential to be harmful to human health and after examining multiple studies, it seems safe to say that aspartame is indeed hazardous to human health. Do you ever wonder how aspartame became illegal? There are so many studies we should be turning our attention to when it comes to aspartame. I can turn your attention to http://www.greenmedinfo.com/toxic-ingredient/aspartame. Here you will find more studies regarding aspartame, and hopefully it inspires you to further your research rather than believing things without questioning them. They call it television programming for a reason. Mass advertising and propaganda seems to be losing its affect on the human race, lets keep it going! Much Love. I started off doing the typical drink for the teenaged boy type with a rum and coke. Then I went to bourbon and cokes. Then scotch and cokes. Did have some wines from time to time. Got on to spumante as a cheap drink whilst at a student accommodation on student benefits. Went back to drinking bourbons/scotch and colas, but in the 6 pack form. Found that I was borderline alcoholic at drinking at least once a week. Tried to cut down on my drinking since 2010. Was sober for about 6 weeks, and I doubt no longer than 2 months going sober between drinks. Got on to drinking beers, and found that it strangely is helping me cut down and give space between the time I drink. Probably will cut out my alcoholic drinks before the end of the year.

i dont understand alcohol use. its a downer. it slows the senses and dulls the brain and leads to depression.
i mainly use mdma and a little coke. there is no doubt coke is the real deal. its dangerous if your a weak individual who has poor self esteem and poor self discipline. but i feel fairly razor sharp most of the time anyway, so i find i use these things sparingly and just with the right people and on the right occassions. but no, i gave up grog a long time ago . the stuff is a poison indeed. |

Breast Implant Filler Found in Chicken McNuggets! Published on Aug 16, 2013 Earlier today I purchased a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets from a McDonald's restaurant in Austin, Texas. Under carefully controlled conditions, I then examined the Chicken McNuggets under a high-powered digital microscope, expecting to see only processed chicken bits and a fried outer coating. But what I found instead shocked even me. I've seen a lot of weird stuff in my decade of investigating foods and nutrition, but I never expected to find this... Strange fibers found embedded inside Chicken McNuggets As the following photos show, the Chicken McNuggets were found to contain strange fibers that some people might say even resemble so-called "Morgellon's." We found dark black hair-like structures sticking out of the nugget mass, as well as light blue egg-shaped structures with attached tail-like hairs or fibers. These are shown in extreme detail in the photos below, taken on August 15, 2013 at the Natural News Forensic Food Lab. The actual Chicken McNugget samples used in these photos have been frozen for storage of forensic evidence. We also found odd red coloring splotches in several locations, as well as a spherical green object that resembles algae. We are not claiming or implying that these objects in any way make McDonald's Chicken McNuggets unsafe to consume. We do, however, believe that this visual evidence may warrant an FDA investigation into the ingredient composition of Chicken |

Not much truth in that article. The fact is that sugar is a lot more harmful than Aspartame, unless you are the one of the very few people who have the genetic disorder known as phenylketonuria. If Aspartame was a probable or known carcinogen, it would appear on the IARC Group 1 or Group 2A list. It doesn't. There is also the Group 2B list of possible carcinogens. It doesn't appear there either, but you will find things like bracken fern, isoprene rubber, phenolphthalein (so avoid Agarol), Mobile phones, talcum powder (when applied to the perineum), but no mention of Aspartame. I wonder why people write these urban legends. If you can find any one of these studies, I'd be amazed. The probability of dying from cancer from all causes is about 1 in 4. How can you be sure that a person who consumed aspartame wasn't also exposed to a real carcinogen such as wood dust or accidentally catching a whiff of petrol while refueling, or inhaling diesel fumes from a passing bus for that matter? One last place to look. That's IARC Group 3 Carcinogens. These substances are not classified. As there is no mention of Aspartame there, it's pretty conclusive that there was no such study. I've sussed out your source, and it's suss. Quote:
Damn. Don't drink any drinks with alcohol in it. They all contain some methanol, and several hundred times more than what you could possibly get from aspartame. Methanol does cause brain damage, as does ethanol at much larger doses, but neither cause cancer. |
