So in a Muslim world where Islam is dominant what would be the place of Christians and jews and those of other religions and those of un-belief.

Dhimmitude = = effectively slavery.

When non-muslims live within a Sharia jurisdiction, they are allowed to draw breath, to live, only so long as they do not offend muslims.

REAL WORLD....

Whenever a non-muslim offends or 'insults' ISLAM, muslims, or Muhammad, the call from devout muslims is often for the death of those persons.

Teacher charged over teddy row
A British teacher has been charged in Sudan with insulting religion, inciting hatred and showing contempt for religious beliefs.
The Foreign Office has confirmed that charges have been laid against Gillian Gibbons, 54, from Liverpool.
........The Muslim Council of Britain reacted angrily to the news, saying it was "appalled" and demanded Mrs Gibbons' immediate release.
"This is a disgraceful decision and defies common sense. There was clearly no intention on the part of the teacher to deliberately insult the Islamic faith," said Secretary-General Dr Muhammad Abdul Bari,
........Sudan's top clerics have called for the full measure of the law to be used against Mrs Gibbons and labelled her actions part of a Western plot against Islam.
"What has happened was not haphazard or carried out of ignorance, but rather a calculated action and another ring in the circles of plotting against Islam," the Sudanese Assembly of the Ulemas said in a statement.

......Clearly the Sudanese Government is coming under huge pressure internally about this case.
Some now want the government to send Mrs Gibbons back to court. They believe the 15-day sentence for insulting religion was too lenient and they would like her to be re-tried.
......Some chanted threats against the 54-year-old primary school teacher from Liverpool.
A group of men shouted: "She must be killed by the sword."

In a country like Australia some muslim community leaders have actually said, that it is 'offensive' for muslims to obey our laws.

And that muslims must work to ensure that Sharia becomes the law in Australia.

If this is the case, where is the 'up side' in our relationship with those who love Sharia?

If you take such an argument to its logical conclusion [and you can!], if Lovers of Sharia despise our laws, and only respect Sharia,
....then all things are permissible, if they are permitted by Sharia.

If you wish to know what these things are, study the Koran, and the Hadith.

And within a Sharia jurisdiction, muslims alone, are 'justified' and have rights, and others are 'guilty' because of their 'unbelief'.

When this circumstance is enshrined in law, such a society, enshrines a political apartheid.

And this is the circumstance TODAY, in *ALL* Sharia jurisdictions  [i.e. a political apartheid].

Within a Sharia jurisdictions all muslims are equal [this is the 'justice', which muslims speak of], but under Sharia all non-muslims are 'guilty' and inferior [and are not equal beside a muslim, under law].

Yet, not one single muslim cleric will acknowledge that Sharia imposes a political apartheid, favouring muslims, and which is oppressive to any and all [both non-muslim and muslim], who are  deemed  un-ISLAMIC.
