From my times, from just doing it.

Sprinting over long grass, making a painting "work", putting pen to paper, going to somewhere different.

Well for some it is the bladder.
Remember the p1ss christ stuff?
What a wank, some dillberrys can take a dump then photograph it and call it art, I am a little more basic, I call it sh1t.

It is of course supremely personal, but I like things that are beautiful, and/or insightful.

As to where it comes from, you will have to ask a higher authority than me. ;)

I'll be controversial and say religion. You just have to visit St Peters Basilica in Rome and the Capella Sistina to see that .

The best art comes from the heart and is inspired by passion, whatever the inspiration for that passion.
