What is our understanding about islam so far ???

It's a religion derived from Judaic tradition similar to christianity but 600 years behind.

It encourages old men to form relationships and subsequently have sex with girls.

It encourages lying to non-muslims.

It encourages world domination and the setting up of Islamic states everywhere, including Australia

It is not tolerant towards other beliefs.

It does not encourage respect towards non-muslims and women.

It does not allow freedom of thought.

It is highly arrogant, and delusional, that all things Islam are good and everything else is bad.

It is at odds with basic human rights.

It's followers are bigoted and hypocritical.

It serves no good purpose for this country.

I've learnt that if they have any kind of control, they will wield their sword without consideration.

So far, on the Islam forum, I've had my posts edited, moved and deleted...by guess who?

Granted that on the subject of body shaving, I asked if he ever had the star of David shaved into his back for a laugh. ...He's got no sense of humour.

All in all, from my experiences of discussions with muslims, I find that they are extremely thin skinned when it comes to undesirable questions and comments.
I've at times been very surprised with the tolerance shown by the Jewish community in that they are far more interested in discussing my views.

The reactions of muslims doesn't hold their religion in very good stead at all. They've got more buttons than the NASA control centre.

Muslims don't speak Greek.

Seems a pity they could not post "a good message from the koran" or any ...... sweeping poetic deep quotes from the koran for "Their fav koran quote."
Even though I invited both.

Is a great waste that they feel God does not talk to them.
Do they think he is unable ?

A frightening thing is, whatever the koran/hadith says, seems they WILL do it.

In terms of age span  of religions this is like when senior citizens look at younger generation and wonder why (their) history lessons were wasted, IMHO.
