Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus said Russia's decision to deploy missiles was "beyond comprehension", while Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg described the move as "unfortunate". However, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk played down Mr Medvedev's announcement. "We have been used to the fact that Russia growls every now and then. I would not give too much meaning to this declaration," he said.

Interesting test for Obama though as "rogue" nations is republican's terminology.
Also I've read that Iskander has range of 300 km not 400km as mentioned in this article but in any case it won't reach to Australia even by mistake so I don't worry.

Medvedev also says that Iskander missiles have a range of only up to 400km (250 miles) so are not "not aimed at America".

So if you’ve developed logical way of thinking and common sense conclude yourself whose statement is more truthful.

Someone recently said: "It is time for America to grow up. Don't you agree"?

It's an attention grabbing headline, but it doesn't measure up to the facts.

As long as Russia's missiles can reach France I'm cool with that.

Everyone whinges about the severe corruption and gangster influences in the Russian system.

At least they're actually open about it, and fight against the real crooks.
