It'd be pretty pointless to desire a God to provide us all a heavan on earth, because then we'd need a new version of utopia.
But one which would make a short visit just to give religions a score out of ten would be nice.

There are some peoples in NE Sibiria who literally flog their gods when things go wrong but they never get rid of them because often enough things go right.
