Title: Spiritual locations Post by sprintcyclist on Jul 31st, 2010 at 2:34am Sure, "Gods everywhere", but he seems more "accessable" when I am in certain locations than in others. eg, in the garden, perusing my bible or staring at the stars - he's there. Some locations, not so much. Once, in a location I thought he would be not so keen on, he was there to show me something. Ah, it was a stripclub. |

*************** please speak English. uluru = ok Ayres Rock. But kata jutu? Is that Latin? The bad habit Authors have who think they are being elite, while losing all their audience? On that not Opera Windfree went to Uluru she excaimed with her heart and Great Feeling was a Spiritual Centre. That made me wonder, as after I read there are merely about 5 centres in the earth, one being the Rock. Sprintcyclist Moderator ***** in the garden, perusing the bible, or staring at the stars all strike me as a match to God. The remnants of the Garden of Eden - haha, the God's Book, the cosmic stars. Surely I'm stating the obvious, and not the oblivious. ;) |

Yes, it's spooky.
However, it will be something just natural unfortunately. :( After careful analysis with the most sohisticated equipment available to man today - no not his computer, but his eyes - I finally figured out this Chinese Puzzle I think. Happens at At 0.20, 1.13, and 2.14 This is most likely the nightwatchman, with maybe his torch or dog or both, reflected in the window in front of the camera, overlayed fortunately over the steps. This explains why it repeats; he is on his rounds. In reply to some comments there: "Mouse curser" early on is a moth. Bright light at front. The time in the clock is not being repeated. Only the seconds when they reach 59, in normal sequence. In the last reflection, time is slowed a bit, to give a better look it seems. I think you can make out the person walking image, just, after that weird trail which I at first thought may be two men carrying a long thing - carpet or curtain. |

Hmmm spiritual locations. I missed this thread. It's similar to my questions of where is God?
The garden, the stars, the riverside etc... Is it easier to sense God in those places rather than a strip club or a noisy sports field, or is that just when our mind is at rest enough to recognise a God around??? Funny but for me, the few times I have sensed God (years back now) it's been when I have been with others who have been praying for me or some such situation. Now I look back and wonder if it was nothing to do with God but more to do with me allowing humans to get close to me giving me a sense of comfort??? I want to know God is in my life, despite my life, despite my friendships, wealth or lack of, family I was born into etc etc etc.... Circumstances can shape who we are and also shape our faith. I want to cut through all that and THEN KNOW GOD!!! Then I will believe! |
