F*ck me! It is getting insane here.
Somebody already took photos. I was down at the river looking at it a bit ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D90y2kNRG4E |

Some pretty severe flooding.
I remember driving across that way a few years ago. We bypassed Dubbo, going from Gilgandra through to Cobar. I've never seen that road so wet, with about 10 water crossings along the plain. Coming back, we decided to go via Burke, Cunnamulla and St George. In places, the road was totally surrounded by water. When it floods, it can be really bad because the drainage is so slow. Hang in there. |

Stay safe Imp.
We have had a lot of rain here in Melbourne too lately, sort of Queensland style tropical downpours. My wife just got out in time from her Uni car park, last week, with water up to her doors in the "top" carpark, and got out the back way, the cars in the front car park had water up to their windows, and the road was impassable at that end. It was drained away within a couple of hours, but it is still unusual weather for us in Melbourne. |

Jeepers Imperial, I hope you and yours, and your property are OK;
and I was looking for a place to post a whinge about the number of Energy company sales people bombarding us at home. Rather them than floodwaters - stay safe. |

Wonder if house prices are up now that they too are waterfront properties?
:D |

I hope you're okay out there. The Pakistani delegation wishes you well.
The floods have been bad everywhere this year. |

The photos are an absolute eye opener Imperium, and I hope your doing ok.
Keep your feet dry mate. By the build up here in the Northern skies of Queensland over the past fortnight, I suspect we will be in for a Big Wet this coming cyclone season. It's only a matter of time I suspect. |

Tell them I send my most sincere expression of gratitude for their thoughtful display of Indo-Aryan solidarity in these trying times. The movie theatre is on stilts above the flood. I don't live near the river so I'll be fine. |
