Actually, she made sense, for once.

But GetUp! went down considerably in my opinion
when they rolled-over on internet censorship.

They've been VERY quiet on that one, lately.

Looks like greens holding a minority party is more important than the human rights of children. NOOOOICE.

What a two-faced, weaselling bitch. If it was JWH running the show she would be screaming at the top of her lungs, but as has been pointed out, the balance of power is more important than principle.

Can't say I'm surprised though. The greens have for years been able to make all the noise they want without any danger of having any responsibility. Now that they do have responsibility they reveal they have no principles.

It is easy to write up PC policies. It is a differnet thing to actually live by them. Hypocrites.

I think the very idea has quietly "fizzled out"
It'd NEVER get through both houses - unless of course, the Coalition supported it (though Tony Abbott has refused, so far, to clarify his position)

It's interesting how many people have become bleeding hearts all of a sudden now that it's not the Liberal Party that's pushing the inhumane policies.

Both the Libs and the Labs should take a good look at themselves and do what is right as opposed to what is going to attract the angry bogan vote.

Our country's policies on refugees are atrocious no matter what colour sash the government of the day wears, and it's basically because our leaders are too spineless to take on the tabloids and shock jocks.

At least Rudd had the good sense and compassion to drop the whole off-shore processing nonsense.  

By the way. Exactly how is Sarah Hanson-Young a hypocrite?
