Like Oakeshott has done with Besseling?

Tax payers pay their wages, so why aren't the jobs advertised for EVERYONE? This has nothing to do with my hatred for Oakeshott, it's about the system in general.

It doesn't make it right though, when the tax payers are the ones who pay their fees. I hope that both Okaeshott and Besseling enjoy their time, because they won't be there in 2 years (at least).
