The Aussie dollar is finally on its way down so local export businesses should be seeing the benefits over the next few months.
This again shows the common sense of ignoring the popularist cult that has developed in this county because floating the dollar was very unpopular when it was first introduced by Paul Keating.
It also shows the benefits of pollies like Keating who put the countries future before their own political skin and popularity polls.

I have $US25,000 due to pay to overseas presenters in the next few weeks. yesterday was the first instalment and the dollar chose THEN to drop by 5%!

talk about bad timing!
