People are just setting an equally high standard for male MPs. Even if we had a female PM who was good looking I would think it a bit inappropriate for her to get around in a bikini. Same thing for Abbott. It's not a professional look. Howard got it right.

I can't seem to find the origin, just that the bulge looks like a budgie is stuffed down there, sometimes it looks more like a cockatoo or a pair of footy socks though.
