Title: Council rates and the Carbon Tax
Post by adelcrow on Jun 24th, 2012 at 4:37pm
Our local council rates are going up 2% less than they did last year including taking the carbon tax into account.
So it would seem the carbon tax has had a positive effect on the rates of responsible councils and I would guess the only councils that have lagged behind are those run by political parties such as the Brisbane city council.
