She claims she is but she has strong ties to Jewish business via Timmy. I don't think Obama would like her to be an Athiest, he's a good Christian boy. She has said in the past "we're praying for their families". To whom do Athiests pray?

It wouldn't surprise me if we see pics of her wearing a kipa when she visits Israel.......oops only joking  ::)
