Mate, it's the 21st Century so perhaps we should take a look at the basics....

EVERYTHING IS A WEAPON

So, why aren't we more careful with where we point our money??

Indeed it can be. Football hooligans have long thrown sharpened coins at their rivals.

Yeah! the freezing of assets and economic sanctions are acts of warfare.
