Once one president is allowed to break the law ie Iraq, then the following ones will take it that bit further, or in the case of Obama, a whole lot further.
The Pentagon are lawless terrorists. They run the country, the president is the puppet. |

Answer the highlighted part of the op.
Why is the president immune to the legislation and the rest of the country not? You do know that he has aided and abetted Al Qaeda, don't you? Think Libya where the Al Qaeda flag was flying high on the court house after Gadaffi was murdered. |

This troll should be banned for mindlessly calling every post it disagrees with mentally ill or loony - I point this troll out to highlight and bring to peoples awareness how often it uses this debating tactic in an attempt to discredit the person making a comment it does not like on a personal level... :) :) :) |

Your point is well made - yes Obama can be prosecuted or impeached legally, but it requires citizens or a citizen with the kind of single minded pigheadedness and determination of Kenneth Star who pursued Bill Clinton through the courts for presidential misconduct... Citizens have to activate the legal mechanisms to bring down radical and dangerous political leadership....we can do the same here in Australia too, it just requires the will of the people to enforce the law to defend their constitutional rights. :) :) |

I'll ask again.
Why is the president immune to the current legislation and the rest of the country not? Who in the Pentagon is aiding and abetting Al Qaeda? a supposedly sworn enemy of the USA and a terrorist regime. Should they be identified and held indefinitely without trial? |

Al Qaeda: Pride of The CFR Published on 8 Aug 2012 by TheAlexJonesChannel Senior Council on Foreign Relations fellow Ed Husain has hailed the presence of Al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria, praising their fighting prowess in aid of FSA rebels while also lauding the increasing number of successful bombings carried out by Al-Qaeda fighters. In case you didn't get the memo -- Al-Qaeda -- the same group the United States accuses of carrying out the most devastating terrorist attack on U.S. soil in history, is now our ally in Syria. Terrorist attacks carried out by Al-Qaeda in Syria are inherently moral and good. Down is the new up. Winston, we were never at war with Eurasia! "The Syrian rebels would be immeasurably weaker today without al-Qaeda in their ranks. By and large, Free Syrian Army (FSA) battalions are tired, divided, chaotic, and ineffective. Feeling abandoned by the West, rebel forces are increasingly demoralized as they square off with the Assad regime's superior weaponry and professional army," writes Husain, a Senior Fellow for Middle Eastern Studies with the CFR. "Al-Qaeda fighters, however, may help improve morale. The influx of jihadis brings discipline, religious fervor, battle experience from Iraq, funding from Sunni sympathizers in the Gulf, and most importantly, deadly results. In short, the FSA needs al-Qaeda now," he adds. The Council on Foreign Relations is considered to be America's "most influential foreign-policy think tank" and has deep connections with the U.S. State Department. In 2009, Hillary Clinton welcomed the fact that the CFR had set up an outpost down the street from the State Department in Washington DC, because it meant "I won't have as far to go to be told what we should be doing." Husain goes on to celebrate the fact that Al-Qaeda's role in carrying out terrorist bombings in cities like Damascus and Aleppo has intensified, writing that "The group's strength and acceptance by the FSA are demonstrated by their increasing activity on the ground --from seven attacks in March to sixty-six "operations" in June." http://www.infowars.com/cfr-strategist-praises-al-qaeda-bombings-in-syria/ by Paul Joseph Watson http://www.infowars.com/ http://www.planetinfowars.com/ [Support infowars and spread the news] http://www.infowarsstore.com/ http://www.prisonplanet.tv/ Category: News & Politics |

Yeah only insane people worry about children being raped, innocent people getting blown up and so on.. I wish I could be sane and ignore that. When your talking to idiots eventually you will start talking like an idiot but I couldn't give a crap.. This issue and all the other things you criticise stand for themselves and its evident in the fact that you lot have to sink to the levels of a toddler rather then debate properly and face facts and evident reality. |

I don't see any answers from the would-be Psychiatrists yet.
If you make a law and you break it, you should be punished just like anyone else. It doesn't matter that you are the leader of a once great nation. Give us your argument of why the president should be immune to the laws of the land. |

They will eat their own before they lie down to die.
Who said anything about a democracy? NDAA on trial: White House refuses to abide with ban against indefinite detention of Americans Not only is the White House fighting in court for the power to jail Americans indefinitely without trial, but the Obama administration is refusing to tell a federal judge if they've abided by an injunction that prohibits them from such. Attorneys for the White House have been in-and-out of court in Manhattan this week to argue that the indefinite detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, or NDAA, are necessary for the safety and security of the nation. When President Barack Obama signed the bill on December 31, he granted the government the power to put any American away in jail over even suspected terrorist ties, but federal court Judge Katherine Forrest ruled in May that this particular part of the NDAA, Section 1021, failed to “pass constitutional muster” and ordered a temporary injunction. http://rt.com/usa/news/ndaa-injunction-tangerine-detention-376/ |
