Any Australians citizen has grounds to defend their constitutional rights against Julia Gillard and seek restitution if they believe she has abused her position of trust and violated their constitutional rights to economic and territorial security.....If you have been damaged by her negligence, pigheadedness and shameless political thuggery you can sue her....and anyone else like her on any side of the Parliament - you don't have to take it... :) :)

Penalty for proven Treason used to be the death penalty, didn't it ?

It's claimed that's the reason all (sorry 'both') fake political parties in the Commonwealth ensured there would be no death penalty as of a few decades ago
