yet Blewitt claimed he didnt even know he bought a house in Vic... it was all done by wilsons Power of Attorny..

Well she could sidestep if that were all there was, but she cannot sidestep notes from herself asking about the mortage interest rate and notes/documents in answer to the request.

ahh, yes the phantom fax from the com. bank ...addressed to Gillard ... the only writing on it is from a paralegal working for her at the time and a memo saying a message was left with Gillard about it, but no note of Gillard ever returning the call was made? in a solicitors office where every phone call etc is logged?

could it be possible that in a solicitors firm where conveyancing is done by the thousands, small items like certificates of currency are taken care of by the paralegals leaving the solicitors free to work on things they can actually charge a fee for?

lawyers offices generally keep a log of phone calls (they then charge clients $50 per call the vermin) ... it's all in the same file Styant Brown had . she didn't recall the phone call she saw it written in the file ...on the same note their is no log of her ever returning the call (which is unusual if she has returned the call)

Must be a Prime Minister thing.  Like when John Howard at the AWB Enquiry when he said 'I cannot recall" etc etc
