Title: Questions to Answer
Post by the wise one on Jan 13th, 2013 at 7:34am
QUESTIONS TO ANSWER
Some questions I would like answer about the Slipper/Ashby case from the Press Club journalist and the people involved in the case

A. To the press Club Journalist:

1. When are you going to do your jobs and start to ask serious questions about all the people involved in the Slipper/Ashby case?

2. Who knew what and when did they know about it?

3. Why do you not question the participants about to the missing messages in the Harmer’s Annexure to Affidavit?

B. To the people involved in the case:

To Jacqueline Nagle:
1. On 25 November 2011 at 8.21am in the morning: what did you mean when you asked James Ashby if he was ‘having fun with Mr Slipper yet??’

2. What is your connection to James Ashby?

3: As you and your husband Paul are the owners of Lacoa Management and Property in Yeppoon in Central Queensland. Why would you be so interested in party politics on the Sunshine Coast?

To Paul Nagle:
1.  How do you know James Ashby and what has he told you about the Peter Slipper Sexual harassment complaints?

2: How long have you known about the complaints?

3: As you and your wife Jacqueline are the owners of Lacoa Management and Property in Yeppoon in Central Queensland. Why would you be so interested in party politics on the Sunshine Coast?

To Mark McArdle:
1. What legal advice did you give to James Ashby?

2: Why did James Ashby say he went to Mal Brough for legal advice when Brough has no legal qualifications?

3. Why did you not pass on Mr Ashby to David Russell QC, as we understand you know him?

4. Why, given that you are a lawyer, were the shadow Minister for Justice and the shadow Attorney-General, did you not offer the legal advice that the untrained Mal Brough apparently did?

To Julie Bishop:
1.  Please advise the exact date that James Ashby contacted your office about sexual harassment? You have said it was about a month before the complaint was lodged, and that would make it around 20 March 2012. Is that the correct date?

2. Did your staff open a file and minute the advice they gave to James Ashby? If they did not - given the seriousness of sexual harassment claims made - then why not?

3. Is it believable that James Ashby had contact with two senior frontbench Opposition MPs or their staff in a two day period and that he didn’t talk about Sexual harassment to Christopher Pyne the day before he spoke to your staff?

To Christopher Pyne:
1. What was the contents of the discussion you had with James Ashby in the Speaker’s office on 19 March?

2: Did you discuss Ashby’s allegations of sexual harassment by Peter Slipper?

3. Why did you ask for James Ashby’s phone number? Why did you deny that you had asked for his phone number?

4. On 22 March 2012, James Ashby picked up a bottle of wine from your office which had been signed by the opposition leader, Mr Abbott for Mr Slipper’s previous media adviser Richard Bruinsma. Why was it in your office?

5: Did you meet with James Ashby on that date? If you did, then what did you discuss?

6: Did you give James Ashby Mal Brough’s telephone number so he could contact him?

To Mal Brough:
1.  Do you believe that you have faithfully carried out the requirements of the LNP Code of Ethics?

2. Do you believe in the LNP Code of Ethics?

3. Have you discussed this case with LNP President Bruce McIver? If so, what have you discussed?

To Tony Abbott:
1. What involvement have you had to bring infamy and disgrace upon your former best friend?

2: Who have said that you had no specific knowledge of the Slipper/Ashby case. Did you have any knowledge at all before 8.00 am on the 21 April 2012?

To Tania Hubbard:
1: As you have not been tied up in politics for the last 5 years how do you know James Ashby?

2: If you did know James Ashby more then 12 months ago. How and when did you know him?

3: Why did you get tied up in the Slipper/Ashby case?

4: Did someone ask you to get involved in the Slipper/Ashby case? If so who and when?

To all people involved:
Are you all willing to stand in front of the press individuality  for an unspecified length of time until all questions about your involvement have been asked and satisfactorily answered?

I have always thought our mate Jack from the Riverina's choice of The Wise One is perhaps the most ironic thing I have seen on here.

Particularly when one considers he struggles to construct a sentence without at least 3 errors.

He is probably one of the thickest guys knocking around.

I am happy to pronounce both Slipper and Thomson guilty of misconduct.
Both disgust me equally.

Both should be made to leave parliament and by elections called.

Slipper - This immoral queer should be banned from ever holding office and all his pension withheld.

Thomson - Fired and given an hour with so e of the hospital cleaners where he can explain how he pissed their membership money on flights for his wife and banging hookers. Particularly keen to see him explain it to some of those big Maori guys who work in NSW hospitals how he spent their money.

Justice Hicks style.

I have spent the last week in the People's Republic skippy.
Law and order was a bloody breath of fresh air.

Order, things running on time, clean, politeness a d respect for authority.

If we dispense with a process which just delays the obvious like with these two reprobates then yeah let's go China style.

If Thomson is guilty of any crimes how come he hasn't been charge with anything.

Michael Williamson was charge in October 2012 and the Sydney Office was raided by the police in May 2012 and Thomson house was raided in November 2012.

So don't you think the police would have enough evidence and time to charge Thomson by now.

3 months ago all you neo-con was saying that Thomson would be charge by Xmas.

Civil charges are a lot different then criminal charges and if it goes to court how long to you think Thomson will do in jail if he is found guilty.

KJT do you like making a goose of yourself every day.

Go and get a dictionary and look  up and see what charge means, and in my dictionary it can mean up to 20 different things, and while you are looking things up have a look and see how Thomson spells his name.

Justice Hicks style.

Just the basics wiseone? Not even going to mention the others.

KJT do you like making a goose of yourself every day.

Go and get a dictionary and look  up and see what charge means, and in my dictionary it can mean up to 20 different things, and while you are looking things up have a look and see how Thomson spells his name.

FAIL

Yes.

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Its in the hands of the police. Go cry to them that they have the wrong man and stop reading that non-independent labor hack site. You are starting to get, well, a little pathetic.
