Kathryn Sutcliffe, co-manager of The Joke Shop, a costume store in Bradford, told BBC News that she had sold a Batman outfit to a man in his 20s a couple of days before the reported incident. "Usually they want the 'Dark Knight' costume, but he wanted this one," Sutcliffe said, adding he wanted "the muscly chest as well." Though she has the buyer's credit card receipt, she said she would keep his identity a secret.

I guess the next thing we will hear is he has been arrested and will be charged with unlawful arrest...and thrown in jail whilst the thief gets 10 days community service.
