I've been looking through other videos to see if he's done it before

but I can't find one where he isn't talking

My Goldfish do the same thing, maybe he is waiting for someone to throw food at him.

To be honest we all have odd things we do, some not as obvious.

I guess he has trouble keeping quiet in front of a camera.

Latham use to constantly lick his lips like he was just opening a bucket of KFC.
