Title: The longest movie kiss Post by bogarde73 on Aug 26th, 2013 at 3:15pm
I can't think of another way to describe it although it's actually the move into the kiss that's long, not the kiss itself.
It comes near the end of a movie called "Persuasion" (Jane Austen novel) with Sally Hawkins as the lead. I just love Sally Hawkins. She was also in a movie called "Made in Dagenham" about a real-life union strike by women auto workers in the UK in the 1960s. ANYWAY . . .this kiss. It's not slow motion but it could be. They move towards each other's lips slower than a snail having a bad day. The anticipation is good but it is sooooo prolonged that it's almost unbearable. Just thought I'd mention it. |

Actually, that was an excellent film. I saw it in Malaysia (or some country other than Australia - perhaps Italy), but it was called "We Want Sex". |

OMG, what would they call it that for. It had nothing really to do with sex except in passing.

I know. I was shocked. There I was, sitting in a cinema in a foreign country waiting for this film "We Want Sex" to start, and instead "Made in Dagenham" is written across the screen. I thought I was in the wrong cinema. It was extremely confusing ;D |
