Kevin RUDD's behaviour continues to become further and further off the planet.

The big one must be his decision on the Navy.

Not a single reference to any of the  Military Chiefs and in particular the Navy Chiefs..he just does it.

You can bet that the first the Defence Minister Stephen Smith knew of it was when he announced it to his beloved media throng.

Then we have the VERY FAST TRAIN, where the freaking hell did that one come from?

Suddenly a hugely expensive undertaking is on the plate 70, 80, 90 100 billion? Who knows where his lulu came from.

RUDD just makes it up as he goes along. It is clear he is becoming increasingly desperate.

To say that his behaviour is now just simply bizarre is putting it mildly.

Maybe he is taking the piss because he knows he wont win the election, so he is seeing how many he can ruffle inbetween time.

I think "basic", particularly in your case, is a very prudent level to maintain.....if you can manage that?

Rudd's in the wrong job

We all know he should be in the Coles ads, holding a big red hand and singing, 'Down, Down, Down'

In his spare time, he should be selling bits of sausage on little sticks at supermarket tastings at the end of aisles

If he does ok at that, he might even graduate to selling real estate on the Gold Coast
