The Howard government are long gone so my advice would be to stop worrying about it.

Though the lesson is learned and the Prospect of an Abbott government setting a new lower benchmark would pay a short price, almost a certainty if he can find an illegal invasion or two.

Rudd/Gillard certainly push the claim for worst but will probably have to settle for second-worst.
