I just want to add for all those that go around and say only a climate scientists can speak and  that engineers and oceanologists, physicists  and everyone else that has an opinion is invalid. There are no people running around with PHD's in climate science, they are just people from various scientific backgrounds that study the effects things in their fields have on the climate. It takes dozens of different fields of science to come together try and build a picture of this.

Also no one is disputing that c02 is a green house gas, I think most of what they have a problem with is that the fact that c02 is a minuscule part compared to the other gases? The other big thing I think is how the climate drivers all effect each other, rather than individual drivers effecting the climate seperately and then trying to add them together after the fact. It definitely isn't as simple as you add c02 it gets hotter = more c02 = hotter. Otherwise we'd all be dead. They've got to take into account c02's logarithmic heat retention and other gasses that have a greater effect not to mention other climate drivers.

Another thing I find interesting is when you say that we've had 2000-8000ppm before, the response is that solar irradiance was lower at that time? But is solar irradiance not declining at the moment? Thas is gud yah?

The fifth IPCC report compared with the NIPCC report and a look at their paper abstracts will be interesting in the coming weeks. (Just don't give me this credibility sh*t or we'll be in a week long circle jerk)
