He is quite good at negotiating decent outcomes and just like he did in SA you'll find next year when Abbott needs his vote to get things through the Senate he will get excellent deals for the people.
He will certainly not let Direct Action replace the carbon tax if it comes down to his vote

Sounds like you have achieved nothing either.

One of the things Mr X “achieved” was a lightly earlier release of some water down the Murray (or earlier spending of some money or some such.) Nick has voted against the Carbon Price several times, has his own stupid scheme nobody else believes in.

In terms of Pokie numbers, the ostensible reason for Mr X going into Parliament his achievement is zilch, xero, zip, nothing.

I think Nick is way out of touch with his crusade on the Holden plant. Continuing to keep propping it up with tax dollars is completely unsustainable.
