I think you're on to something here. They probably come from a culture where this is normal or "masculine". It's probably almost like an instinct to them if they've been submerged in such attitudes for most of their life. The "progressives" who believe in the equality of cultures should shoulder most of the blame. Not that these men should get off. They should receive very harsh sentences.

The government has stopped bringing African's out here because it just isn't working. Too late now though I'm afraid.
