Title: Youth international Dylan Tombides dies
Post by Baron Von Taipan on Apr 19th, 2014 at 8:47am
The football community is mourning the loss of promising Australian youth international Dylan Tombides after he died aged 20 following a three-year battle with cancer.

Its very troubling to see people as young as 20 dying from cancer. This was unheard of just 30 years ago. Obviously something in society has changed for this to be happening.

its cruel... RIP Dylan..

they spend millions on keeping very old people alive..[ why I will never know].. I would much rather the money spent on finding  cures for these diseases that destroy so many.

Yeah so sad, he was playing just three months ago, I thought he beat the cancer....a shock.

I hope West Ham or the FFA get some sort of scholarship in his name for young players to go and get some international training.

Is it chemicals we're consuming, processed foods, something in the air, flouride in the water?

All of the above.

Cancer is big business and the powers that be don't really want people to be cured of cancer because it helps with their depopulation program. They probably have the cure but theres no way they'll let the people have it.

Sad story ... he's been battling testicular cancer since he was 17...

Good grief he'd hardly used them ... they should have still been under guarantee..... :(

Is this actually true, or is this something you're making up to prove a point

The use of plastics. in  particular BPA. Western fertility is also drastically declining, within a generation Asian fertility will gramatically decline also. Its in the food chain everywhere including  Antartica. 3rd world countries are increasing the contamination levels by using open burning of plastic as a means of disposal.

amazingly enough, Tampon is almost right. Rates of childhood cancers are steadily increasing. Due to medical technology survival rates are up though.

Decided to go study the figures myself. http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/cancer-info/cancerstats/childhoodcancer/incidence/#Trends

It shows that yes whilst Taipan is correct (my apologies) that cancer is increasing in children, the statement never heard about it is false or shows he wasn't paying attention. Rates in the UK have gone from 100 per million in 1966-1970 to 150 per million in 2006. Yes its gone up 50%, but its 50% of a very low proportion in the first place. No comfort for the children or their families, but its not a statistic to use for those wishing to push a certain agenda.

I don't think you are, but coupled with Taipans chemtrails/every other conspiracy theory thread I tend to think he pushes that psuedoscientific agenda

Of course, but every forum needs a few resident nutjobs. This one just has more than usual.
