To be honest Aussie I think it is probably better without this bloke involved in the club.....He does not appear to be someone who cares about the club and has failed to meet obligations in the past.....The sport is better off without people like him having any influence!!!

But the fact Tinkler has gone so swiftly will surprise some. He is a Newcastle local and supported the club before buying them in March 2011 after a landslide vote of confidence in him by club members at an extraordinary general meeting. However, his `white knight’ presence has been tarnished over recent months as members felt he was stalling in paying bills owed by the club. Tinkler preferred to lay the blame elsewhere.
