When fired at an arab, the beam it emits teleports the arab directly into a western country.

This will increase the efficency of displacing arabs from the middle east to the west immeasurably!

The old method was to use the American Israel lobby to embargo middle eastern countries and stir up tribal wars, creating assylum seekers.This was far too time consuming and expensive for the expanding Israeli empire.
