Did anyone see Stephen Fry's response to a question about what he would say to God if he met him.

There are an infinite number of assumptions in framing the question. I am glad he went beyond the Abrahamic God in his answer, although in the end it doesn't really matter one way or the other. However, I always find something contradictory in pseudo logic that one God is somehow a more realistic likelihood than a pantheon.

But before anyone goes making assumptions about my beliefs, I would like to point out that a couple of pious twits on the forum have already accused me of being agnostic. I am not. Neither am I a God fearer or an atheist. Those are categories of someone else's head space.

I knew who he was, just about the only thing I watch on TV is his quiz show. Very mentally disturbed man apparently, multiple suicide attempts. Im glad I wasnt born gay, they all seem to be mentally fcked.

That's quite the resume - host (or panellist, I dunno) of a boring quiz show on ABC and a bit part in a half decent, semi successful 10 year old movie. If that's the best of it, I don't think there's really much need for that second 'etc'.

But I suppose in the end its true, Stephen Fry is a washed up comedic actor giving views on homosexuality and atheism.

On the other hand though, Kirk Cameron is vibrant, talented, in demand drama actor who is forced to deny his fundamentalist Christianity for the sake of his career.

Hmm, I'm curious to see these "potential consequences for almost everyone" from liking people with the same bits as them.

For the matter, i have no idea why you think anal sex in particular has any consequence at all for anyone other than the participants.

Drug use I agree is bad, because it has massive documented health risks and causes chemical addictions. This is in stark contrast to your other ones though.

So what are these consequences on society from in particular homosexuality?
