A Maroubra couple had a shock overnight when they found a naked, unknown man in their bed.

The woman woke about 1.45am on Monday when she discovered the intruder.

She woke her partner who challenged the man, a 25-year-old Irish national.

After getting out of bed, the intruder picked up his clothes and walked to the rear of the building.

The woman contacted police while her partner tried to shut the man in the rear yard of the Sackville Street home.

"The man [then] climbed in through a kitchen window and wandered around the home until the arrival of police who arrested him," police said in a statement.

The man started convulsing after he was put in a police van.

He was taken to Prince of Wales Hospital where he was being treated for possible drug-related health issues.

He is undergoing medical and mental health checks.

I don't get any of this.

Obviously you never had a 11 or 8 too many to drink

or done hallucinogenic drugs(me either on the latter)

perhaps if you put your address up on the site lisa.. when they let him out of rehab he will pop in at your place.. he sounds as if he would be very obliging spreading himself around..

Hush, Paddy - but when we've had a few or twenty too moch, we always settle down for the noight wit' the pigs an' just slippin' between two for warmth .. or a couple of friends if the pigs are not available... sure I tought Oi was at home!
