Enjoy Queensland Mr Baron.  On the way up, you pass me on the Sunshine Coast on your port side, and guess what......the other, starboard, on your way home.  Amazing isn't it.  Give me a wave.

Cheers.

Spent 6 months on the GBR - it's just beautiful- if you go right up take the midgie cream ( sandflies) are ferocious.

Weird:

Name alone makes studying seem so anti-depressing. Did I ever pick the wrong school.

One of the best areas in Australia, climate wise, Marla.

If I went to a school where I would never see another snowflake in my lifetime I could live with that.

Check that out. ACTUAL kangaroos on campus - or are those the students? My school has um...parking 3 miles from the building which I attend.

No snow here, ever.  And yes, those are genuine kangaroos, and yes.....they actually live in the area where that Campus is.  One of those knocked one of my Cabs out of existence a couple of years ago.

In that case, I'm there. Otherwise:

So not ready for winter.

Just finished winter here ... lowest daytime temp was about 62 degrees fahrenheit ... it's certainly a tough life for some of us  ;) ;)

Plus you have schools with the word "sunshine" right there in the title. What's not to love?

it's why I moved here (although I'm on the Gold Coast not the Sunshine Coast, about 1.5 hrs south from Aussie),  .... I hate cold weather.

I can relate. My mother wanted me to go to an all girls Catholic School (Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame)

Beautiful breathtaking campus full of the richest, snobby, whitest Catholic girls I ever seen. Highly conservative, too. The place is Herbert's wet dream.  And, it's in Indiana. I know, it could be worse and be in Wisconsin but no one in their right mind ever consciously moves to Indiana.

Enjoy your trip red, should be calm weather up there at this time of the year.

Watch out for global warming, take the 50+ sunscreen.

Do you personally meet a "lot of horny women" on all of the cruises you attend, Bobby?
