Dsmithy has got the ultimate motor bike girl I've seen.
But he has refused to show it to me again. Maybe he thinks my ticker won't stand another viewing.

She looks like she's about 1/1000th of a second away from having the skin sloughed from her leg.

I have some early photos of “yours truly” here, sitting on bikes. :)
Like ... back in the 70’s .... when very few girls had their motor bike licence.
I have boat/jet ski licence too, I got pics of me on Kawasaki jet ski, and a Yamaha wave runner.

To be honest, awareness of motor bike riders back then was very minimal and it was like defensive riding ... having to think of me and bike as invisible. I nearly got collected a couple of times by drivers in cars.
I decided not to ride on the road anymore, and did dirt biking instead.

There’s a lot more awareness about bikers nowadays thank goodness. But still a worry.

PS. Note to Jasin... yep, I like that idea what you said. Posts I missed out in my almost 3 years absence from the forum.
I think I like this tool shed  :)

Front wheel digging in and back wheel off the ground. Could be nasty in a few frames? Could land ok?

When I used to work at the ATO in the 70s, in the group of girls I was with, one of the girls came in from lunch showing us her new bike helmet, leather jacket and gloves she bought. She was a beautiful person. One of the nicest of the bunch.

Come Monday morning, clock on to work, walk and go towards the area I work in, oddly see all the girls all huddled up and crying.
Found out she had died on the weekend with her bf on the motorbike.

That kind of also made me finally decide not to be a road biker any more. :-[
Funny thing is, before I saw this post today, I was thinking of her, yes, it was 45 years ago, but why she came to mind?
Must be some coincidence thing happening a lot lately.

I may be 'down under' for the Brits and Yanks here in Australia. But I'm also a 'day ahead' of them too.  ;)
You're welcome Lols. ;)
