Herb should also look here and if he follows the link therein he will see practically none of that money goes to DV.

Where's the money going to then?

I'm all for shelters for genuinely needy families and so forth - what I must oppose on principle is money being thrown at more overpaid lawyers and such to promote this disputation between men and women for their own ends.

My cousin works in a women's refuge - a woman fleeing a relationship is not the same as a woman fleeing violence.
