Zimmerman staffer for MP Joe Hockey and is a former NSW Young Liberals president, will be running for North Sydney once Hockey racks off.

Besides - does anyone actually care if a member is gay or not? I don't - but it seems just another case of same old, same old - slot one of the Party wunderkind into a nice safe seat - another loser with zero idea but a strong adherence to the party line.

The Gays entering Liberal ranks are opposite to the religious conservatives. Seems like the civil war within the Libs is taking a new turn. Are the religious organisations losing their grip?
