I really do not know, but I reckon every time something is posted, it pushes this place closer to a limit.
We can help. Instead of hitting the 'quote' function ~ which means that if everyone does it, old material takes up space.....and on and on and on....... how about just 'copy 'n paste' what you want to reply to? |

I think that he means that instead of commenting to the whole stream of 25 previous members comments to just quote the line that you want to comment on i.e. 8 words instead of 1935 words ? I am not sure that this is the problem but I don't particularly like the one line response adding onto a full page of other comments. |

Just noticed that if you change the order of the posts with the little arrow next to the title and put the latest post at the bottom instead of the top the latest post appears in that format. Unfortunately it disappears when you reverse it back.
It worked on the Lib penalty rates topic anyway. |

Just use the "Mark and Quote" feature to only mark and quote the small piece of text
1. Click Reply 2. Scroll down to the bit of text you wish to quote in the previous reply, highlight it with your mouse the click on the "Mark and Quote" box... Voila! You can actually use this to quote sections of more than one previous reply in your reply |

We used to have a limit, then Freediver said we have unlimited space so we didn't have to worry about that issue. Only FD would know about this, I suppose. Freediver? any ideas? We need a Feedback thread too, thanks. |

Except, the difference could be one line versus 20 posts. |
