If you bothered to read what I said, and have always said, I vehemently opposed PUP taking her on board in the first place.

No but my point is that essentially driving trucks for the military doesnt really give you much insight into broader military issues bar what trucks are suitable.

America is powerful. They could level Syria in a few weeks via conventional bombing. They could level Syria with a nuke or biological weapons in a day. They could have done the same thing to Afghanistan and Iraq. They can even do it to Iran if they want to. But they can't do that because everybody gets killed, the good and the bad. So they land a bomb here and a bomb there because ISIS mingle  in with the population. They are smart enough to realise that the powerful American war machine is nothing when they use civilians as shields. This ongoing conflict is not because they are great fighters.
