A dozen people have been reported killed at a San Bernardino, California facility for people with disabilities. Police are looking for up to three active shooter suspects, and possible explosive devices. RT's Manuel Rapalo reports.

How can he blame loose gun laws when California has some of the toughest gun laws in the USA?

We allow professional shooters to have semi auto centrefire in Australia, we allow recreational shooters to have 50BMG , these types of guns are outlawed in California.

You can rule out this being a political and/or governmental attack. I'm willing to bet this was the work of disgruntled parents since one shooter is suspected to be female.

The Beslan massacre killed a few hundred kids, it's not unprecedented for devout muslims to kill kids.

Am I old, that is a matter of perspective. The men in my family live independent lives well in to their nineties and my dad is still around so I must be middle aged. My dad has been a widower for about thirty-five years so I guess I can't live with my mother. I don't think I qualify for welfare, I made more money on Stock today then you will probably make in wages in the next six months!
