After driving countless people to "Beyond Blue" for all the depression and angst caused during his term as Victoria's Premier, then taking over that Organisation to ensure cutbacks as necessary, this ID10T is the last person anyone should listen to!

I will give him one thing, he took over from Labor and inherited and absolute mess. In the early years of his tenure I felt he was good value for Victoria and agreed with a lot of his moves. Amalgamating councils and a host of others were good.

But around 1/2 way through, something happened and he started losing the plot. He was putting the needs of victorians second to big business and became extremely arrogant and self centred. He sold off most of the public assetts and basically bought three magic beans with the proceeds. Most Victorians I think would agree that he entered at the peak of popularity and went downhill from there.

Not a very well remembered or liked Premier

He is one of those politicians that is more admired for his after politics life than when he was the premier.

He is on the money in this statement!

Doesn't really matter who said it, it's spot on. I can't stand Kennets pompous attitude but he has got this right.
