To bad they didn't  hit the Belgian Parliament instead of killing innocent people.

They know who their friends are, that's why the terrorists never target politicians in a score of Western countries.

OK Cods, I appreciate your point about those who work in Parliament. My glib comment was not  intended to be taken seriously. I don't want to see anyone killed or maimed in this 3rd decade of the present Jihad. I was making the point obliquely that it will take the murder of numbers of the rich and powerful before anything substantive is done about these ongoing Muzlim atrocities. So I apologise for offending your sensibilities, but we have a huge problem with Muzlims both in the West and elsewhere, and governments that will not acknowledge this reality are indeed responsible in some way. The law makers have their reasons for doing nothing, and it is not all altruistic. We have to call a spade a spade.

Until the Lords of the Manor are themselves threatened as a target of the invading hordes, and not just the serfs in the fields - no drastic action will be taken to remedy the situation.

I do realise that issue.. no problems I know your not that type of person.......the point I make is we cannot expect the "GOVTS" of azny country to read peoples minds and thats what it comes down too..

we for instance have no ides what govts are planning or are even doing to prevent bombings....they are I am sure doing their utmost...and they would have the best brains in the world working for them..

terrorism has no rules or regard...it would be impossible to profile.. most could even be
in the same way a psycho is.....who knows maybe its a form of brainwashing....hypnotism.....

we never give govts any credit for what they actually DO......

lets be honest here issue.. when they the libs brought in national security they were given a terrible time by the opposition....even scorned...I am talking on here.mostly..

it was the same with the cancel their citizenship...the bleeding hearts burst into tears as per usual...and had it watered down......

we need a strong govt one who doesnt bend to POLLS.. and minority groups with squeaky loud voices... >:( >:( >:( >:(

thats how I saw Abbott...

all we have now is the bend over crowd who will stoop to any level if they think there is a vote in it for them

Cods, it is a fact that you cannot defeat an enemy, if you are afraid to name them.

It's a wise statement that puts the blames for all these killings right where it ought to be.

How about making a donation to a charity as penance for your pratfall?

not sure what you mean there....we are talking about GOVTS in general at least I was...

where have we shown fear at naming ISIS?....

in fact today the enemy gloats about what they do...they fear no one...

we are fighting a WAR with no rules...they do not wear a uniform..they live amongst us looking and acting exactly as you and I do...

its not WAR as it once was...

ISIS, like Al Q. before it, is one manifestation of the enemy, but it is not the source. Both these loose bands provide  convenient subjects of blame. But the Paris and Brussels attacks would have been made even if those two groups did not exist. The root problem is in the teachings of Mohamed, but no government has been brave enough to tackle that problem.
