Title: Women vs Hizb ut-Tahrir

Islamist fundamentalist group Hizb ut-Tahrir found guilty of gender discrimination

A Radical Muslim group has been found guilty of discriminating against women after making them sit at the back of public meetings.

The landmark finding came after a Sydney woman took on the global political party Hizb ut-Tahrir.

The group will now be forced to mend their ways.

During a public meeting in Western Sydney, men are seated at the front and women directed to sit at the back.

One woman, Alison Bevege, was appalled by that treatment, so she went to the Equal Opportunity Tribunal.

Today, she won.

"If you want to have a public meeting in Australia you cannot have Sharia gender segregation at a public meeting," Ms Bevege said.

In every moslem majority nation, Sharia gender segregation at public meetings is natural and normal !

So when moslems in Australia organise a public meeting, why can't we moslems have gender segregation at our public meetings here, too!!!         >:(

Its Aussie bigotry i tell you,      ....for not respecting our cultural mores!!!!!          >:(

Aussie racists!!!!!!             >:(

When non-moslems, visit, or live in a moslem majority nation, non-moslems must obey [and respect !!!] the laws and customs of that moslem country.

And when moslems come to live in non-moslem majority nations, non-moslems must respect the laws and customs of the moslems.
.......because it would be culturally 'discriminatory' against moslems and their religion, not to do so.

You know its true!!!       :P

;)

You partied too soon ;) But this time it's not even HuT, it's a mainstream Muslim group. Oh dear.

A Muslim group is selling male and female tickets to a major conference being held next month.

Organisers confirmed men and women will have to sit in separate areas, despite a tribunal finding another Islamist group guilty of discrimination by not allowing women to sit with men.

Is it that moslems living in Australia are slow learners ???

Or is it just that moslems living in Australia, do not care about, nor respect Australia, our laws, and our customs ???

Why are they not banned in Australia?

Quote:
HuT is banned or not tolerated in Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey – and in most of the rest of the Middle East, except for the UAE, Lebanon and Yemen. It is also banned in Russia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the central Asian dictatorships, among others

Abbott tried to enforce a ban but apparently Turnbull is quite happy for extremists to preach their hate here.

Turnbull and Labor are turds breeding turds.

We are a joke of a nation even allowing the building of mosques 4 to 1 of any other religion.

Pathetic given the scum of the earth they breed.

Brown nosing muslims FFS what a pathetic joke.

The discrimination in this case is even worse than it looks: there is only one ticket option for women and its already sold out. There is no student female discount. Faarking pigs.

Women should just ignore the ban and start sitting up the front with the men. What are they going to do - physically carry them to the back? People come with families, families should be together.

Are you afraid they may actually do just that?
It would be another PR nightmare for moderate Islam to sort out. Are the speakers as hardline as Google suggests?

Gandalf, the speakers don't seem to be particularly moderate (that's being polite) so do you think people who'd attend to see speakers like that are ones who'd agitate for change?

They have assimilated a little bit - they are referring to their women as birds.

Thats true. Which beggers the question why would they feel the need to stipulate this segregation "rule" in the first place? Its not as if these types were ever going to 'mingle' anyway. I think its more symbolic, as if to make some point.

I'd love to see it gate-crashed by a whole bunch of non-hijabi women who take up the whole front row.

How about crop top and cutoff jeans in Mo Pattern fabric?
Edit...how many would attend something like this?
Bit of a worry?

Or you get some blokes to turn up in stubbies and thongs with a 6 pack of VB and sit up the back.

Only problem is you have to give them money, which would probably end up supporting terrorism.

If I was a billionaire I'd buy up a huge block of tickets and pay women to on cue to de-burqa exposing their swimwear, and the men to reveal their Charlie Hebdo t-shirts.

This lot needs to be desensitised.
