That YT was recorded in 2010.

Apparently he is alive today, and still breathing Saudi air.

A little more info on Ibrahim Al-Buleihi......

Occupation: Poitician, thinker, philosopher. Wikipedia says he is a devout Muzlim. A really important question is whether one remains a Muzlim when holding beliefs that are counter to the Koran. I believe a lot of people claim to be Muzlim on nothing more than ethinic grounds. Ethnicity is not religion, even if they are traditionally associated.

When following Islam to the letter one must encompass the theological and political aspects which can not be separated.

Perhaps he's following a personal version he call Islam 2.0?

Honestly issue, why do you persist with this nonsense? Can you even cite this alleged Quranic basis that supports the view that the Quran is dead-set against seeking knowledge and truth? You took the admirable first step in finding a muslim who contradicts your narrow view of what Islam is all about - kudos for that. But the critical next step is to open your mind to the possibility that he is not necessarily a paradox - that it is possible to have a doctrinal basis in Islam for this sort of liberal minded critical thinking.

Honestly gandalf,             .......when are you going to repent,        ......and admit that you are in error, and that you are teaching lies and error ?

INDEPENDENT/CRITICAL THOUGHT IS ESSENTIALLY PROHIBITED, BY ISLAM

FROM THE KORAN....

"O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble.....
Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account lost their faith.
"
Koran 5.101, 102

FROM THE KORAN....

" "And believe no one unless he follows your religion." Say: "True guidance is the Guidance of Allah:....."   "
Koran 3.73

Yadda waits the God of creation waits, for gandalf and his ilk to repent.

[I don't have enough lifetimes.]

Knowledge and truth are counter to the Koran, which is a justification a religious fanatic's view of reality. Your Prophet was happy to murder pagans for no other reason than they didn't believe what he believed. We know you call that the seeking of truth.

PS Keep your condescending kudos.
