Congratulations Big Vic.  I was concerned about this appointment, and am relieved you were given the nod.  There was one other nominee (they know who they are) I would have been equally happy with.

Thankyou.   I am retired these days and hope I can make a contribution.  I enjoy these boards and the interaction with the majority of people.   It will take me some time to learn how it all works but i am hoping the majority will give me the time to learn.   It certainly can't be as difficult as docking and undocking Patrol Boats at 2:00am in the morning during a cyclone!
