Title: Communications with GMods. Post by Aussie on Aug 10th, 2016 at 9:35pm
Everyone is encouraged by the Rules to do so. Don't be afraid to send them a PM. They will always deal with them quite happily, with no grumpiness and without hesitation. We have two brand new GMods and both are keen as mustard to hear from you. That's why they accepted the jobs.

I think the mood depends very much on volume of PMs.
I try and respond often to people on their queries. However if you get several each day every day from the same poster it can be a tad wearing. |

I guess if that actually happened, it would likely be a reflection of the number of occasions Members declined to respond to violations of the rules, especially personal criticism they may have been victim of. Maybe they did what the Rules encourage and reported the violations instead via personal message. Sometimes it happens that there are repeat violations, even in one day, day after day, which Members are encouraged to report. I guess it is to hand to repeat offenders a victory if victims of repeat, daily, day after day, abuse are in any way inhibited from doing what the Rules ask of them.....report to a GMod even if they have no option but to do it as many times as they are abused. I'm so glad we now have two new GMods and both appear to have been very receptive of referrals, and taken them in good grace with no grumpiness whatsoever. It is terrific to see them off to such a bright, and promising start. Now we have those two new GMods only days in the saddle, anxious to get on with the job, there will be no dummy spitting at all and they will be happy to do the job they accepted, and thank goodness for that. Wonderful as far as I am concerned. |

Geebuz....here I am, singing the praises of the new GMods and somehow my prostate is relevant? Huh! I guess you'd rather I start being critical of them. Nah. |

Don't get too upset aussie. All Aia is trying to say if may, is that if you keep sucking up to the new GMods like a V8 vacuum cleaner in the red you will eventually cave their heads in.
In time will you come to slag them off in your usual GMod attack routine when they realise who/what you are and how you try to manipulate everything here and they refuse to do your bidding. (like delete shameful posts you have made yesterday... BTW well done on that...) Pity you couldn't deck 'em aye when you get pushed to your limit. |

Nah. I deleted nothing, and I did not want anything deleted. Again, you are backing the wrong horse. And as the GMods know quite well, I am sucking nothing. |

You've already expressed the view one of them shouldn't be a moderator. But late for that. |

Why are threads being deleted? That's never usually been the case unless they're obscene. They get locked when they start to get out of control.
When you make an effort to post something thoughtful and find the next day the thread has been deleted - what's the point of posting at all? |

Not accurate. I have posted that Setanta, who said he did not want the job, should not have accepted it when there were other candidates who did wish to be appointed. |
