Title: The Clinton Foundation .........
Post by Sprintcyclist on Aug 12th, 2016 at 12:02am

...........What does it do?

Quote:
...........the Form 990 specifically breaks out those travel, conference and salary expenses that are used for “program service expenses” versus those that are used for management or fundraising purposes.

For example, nearly 77 percent of the $8.4 million spent on travel in 2013 went toward program services; 3.4 percent went to “management and general expenses”; and about 20 percent went to fundraising.

As for conferences, nearly 98 percent of money spent was tabbed as a programming expense. And when it comes to salaries — which includes pension plan contributions, benefits and payroll taxes — about 73 percent went to program service expenses..........

How well is it regulated ?

Quote:
........After more than a year of research, a Wall Street analyst is arguing the Clinton Foundation's books are riddled with financial inconsistencies that rise to the level of "fraud."

Charles Ortel, who gained recognition for correctly identifying problems with General Electric's financial statements in 2008, has prepared 40 reports highlighting discrepancies that he said proves the Clinton Foundation has covered up cash flow since 1997.

The financial whistleblower said his 15 months of research revealed gaps in the amount of money donors claim to have given and the amount of money the foundation claims to have received.

The Clinton Foundation network is actually comprised of several different charities that all perform seemingly similar functions. Those include the Clinton Health Access Initiative, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Climate Initiative and several more, all with varying degrees of overlapping finances.

Ortel said the foundations' complex paper trails are littered with mistakes and repeat filings.

In November, the Clinton Health Access Initiative was forced to refile its tax returns after a review revealed big-ticket foreign donations that had been left off its Form 990 filing.

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has been removed from the website of a prominent nonprofit watchdog, Charity Navigator, because its "atypical business model can not be accurately captured" by methods used to size up traditional charities.

The pattern extends to smaller charities linked to the Clintons, Ortel noted. One organization founded by former President Bill Clinton, the American India Foundation, has problems that stretch around the country.

For example, the American India Foundation's nonprofit status was revoked in Illinois in 2002, according to state records. This year, the charity was listed as "not in good standing."

In Massachusetts, the foundation had its nonprofit status revoked in June 2014 and was not reinstated until March 22 of this year.

In March 2015, the charity held a gala in an Atlanta hotel, according to an event promotion.

But the American India Foundation was not then registered to solicit funds in the state of Georgia, correspondences shared with the Washington Examiner suggest. In fact, the only charity in the Clinton orbit that was registered in the Peach State as of October was the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation — even though the Clinton Global Initiative plans to hold its glitzy annual conference in Atlanta next month.........

From what I read It's a slush/laundering fund.

can take 'donations' from anyone.
Give that donor some favourable political decision.

Don't declare the donation or Say it was used in a variety of nonproductive hard to trace areas.

In Chagoury, one finds a clear-cut example of how foreign influencers bought access to the Clintons by funneling donations to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was in command of the State Department.

Here are five of the most devastating facts about one of the Clintons’ closest cronies:

1. Gilbert Chagoury donated nearly a half-million dollars to Democratic party voter efforts before attending the Clintons’ White House Christmas party.

In 1996, Gilbert Chagoury donated $460,000 to a controversial Miami-based Democratic voter-registration group called Vote Now 96. As a foreign citizen, Chagoury is barred from donating directly to elected officials or political parties. But his three contributions of $200,000, $10,000, and $250,000, made in September and October 1996, were completely legal because Vote Now 96 was a nonprofit organization.

Just two months after making his six-figure donations, Chagoury was among the 250 guests who attended the Clintons’ White House Christmas party.

2. Chagoury was convicted of laundering millions.

In 2000, Switzerland convicted Chagoury of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization in connection with the billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria during the [Sani] Abacha years” of military dictatorship, according to a PBS Frontline report. Chagoury later entered a plea deal, and the charges were expunged.

3. Chagoury’s name was once on a federal no-fly list.

After the failed Christmas day bombing of an American passenger plane by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab in 2010, Chagoury’s name was added to a federal terrorist no-fly list. The billionaire admitted to being an acquaintance of Abdulmutallab’s father, who is a Nigerian banker.

4. Chagoury was named a “kingpin” of Nigerian corruption.

In July 2004, Nigeria’s then-top anti-corruption prosecutor, Nuhu Ribadu, watched as Chagoury’s private jet landed and then, abruptly, took off — allowing the corrupt businessman to escape arrest.

Ribadu’s office spent years building a corruption case against Chagoury, who was once a senior adviser to Nigeria’s longtime dictator Sani Abacha.

According to a PBS Frontline report, “Ribadu says that Chagoury made it possible for Abacha to steal billions of dollars and lined his own pockets in the process.”

5. Chagoury admitted in British court to bribery.

In 2001, the construction magnate confessed in a British court to assisting the family of deceased Nigerian dictator, Sani Abacha, in transferring $300 million into foreign bank accounts.

Despite Chagoury’s many troubling transgressions, the Clinton Foundation gladly accepted a $1-$5 million donation from the nefarious figure.

It is also worth noting that Chagoury’s company, the Chagoury Group, pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative in 2009, the same year the Clinton Global Initiative awarded the Chagoury Group its annual prize for “sustainable development.” The money pledged was at the heart of Sen. David Vitter’s (R) probe into whether Chagoury’s cozy relationship with the Clintons played a roll in Clinton’s State Department’s delay of a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) designation on Nigerian Islamist group Boko Haram; an FTO classification would have severely hampered Chagoury’s business endeavors in Nigeria.

The constitutional ban on foreign cash payments to U.S. officials is known as the Emoluments Clause and originated from Article VI of the Articles of Confederation. The purpose of the clause was to prevent foreign governments from buying influence in the U.S. by paying off U.S. government officials. ....................

.....................Between 2009 and 2012, the Clinton Foundation raised over $500 million dollars according to a review of IRS documents by The Federalist (2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008). A measly 15 percent of that, or $75 million, went towards programmatic grants. More than $25 million went to fund travel expenses. Nearly $110 million went toward employee salaries and benefits. And a whopping $290 million during that period — nearly 60 percent of all money raised — was classified merely as “other expenses.” Official IRS forms do not list cigar or dry-cleaning expenses as a specific line item. .......The Clinton Foundation accepted millions of dollars from seven foreign governments during Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, including one donation that violated its ethics agreement with the Obama administration, foundation officials disclosed Wednesday.

Most of the contributions were possible because of exceptions written into the foundation’s 2008 agreement,..............

.........foundation officials acknowledged they should have sought approval in 2010 from the State Department ethics office, as required by the agreement for new government donors, before accepting a $500,000 donation from the Algerian government.

The money was given to assist with earthquake relief in Haiti, the foundation said. At the time, Algeria, which has sought a closer relationship with Washington, was spending heavily to lobby the State Department on human rights issues.

While the foundation has disclosed foreign-government donors for years, it has not previously detailed the donations that were accepted during Clinton’s four-year stint at the State Department........

.............including governments, made up a third of those who have given the foundation more than $1 million over time. The Post found that the foundation, begun by former president Bill Clinton, has raised nearly $2 billion since its creation in 2001.

Foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to U.S. political candidates, to prevent outside influence over national leaders. But the foundation has given donors a way to potentially gain favor with the Clintons outside the traditional political limits..................

............When the foundation released a list of its donors for the first time in 2008, as a result of the agreement with the Obama administration, it disclosed, for instance, that Saudi Arabia had given between $10 million and $25 million.

In some cases, the foundation said, governments that continued to donate while Clinton was at the State Department did so at lower levels than before her appointment.................

That’s because you’re looking for evidence of what it has not achieved.

As your articles say, the Clinton Foundation funds other charities. You’d do best to look at what AIDS charities in Africa have achieved.

Another Mysterious Death Surrounding Hillary Clinton - Scheduled To Testify In Corruption Trial Drops Barbell On His Neck - 'Bigger Than Vince Foster'

A barbell fell on his neck? You can't make this stuff up folks. -W.E.

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

What do you think the chances are that, while lifting weights soon before you're scheduled to testify in a corruption trial involving Hillary Clinton and others, you accidentally drop the barbell and the weights you were lifting upon your neck, ending your life and preventing your testimony?
If you were the former President of the United Nations General Assembly John Ashe from Antigua and Barbuda, the odds became 100% just days ago after the former President, awaiting a bribery scandal trial, was killed during a weightlifting accident after he was allegedly 'accidentally asphyxiated' by the dropped weights.

Ashe's death thus adds one more name to an ever-expanding list of people who have mysteriously met their untimely ends and, coincidentally or not, had ties to either/or both Hillary Clinton and/or her husband Bill as heard in the first video below.

The story from Page Six tells us that the death of Ashe could become a bigger 'conspiracy theory' than the death of Vince Foster, especially considering Hillary is now only one election away from becoming the president of the USA. Seeing that that's the case, we felt it necessary to once again take a look at this ever-expanding 'Clinton body count' that likely just had one more name added to it.

How is it that the Clinton family has been surrounded by SO MANY mysterious deaths? As of June of 2015, at least 46 people who were close to the Clinton's have met their untimely end. The evergrowing list kept by What Really Happened has just been updated for the 2016 election to include Ashe's death and the list is now up to at least 48. Is it simply a 'coincidence' that so many people have mysteriously died around the Clinton's or is there something sinister at play...such as...murder?

Just knowing that Hillary is still running for president of the USA rather than being prosecuted while the list of bodies that surrounds her and Bill continues to grow shows how absolutely corrupt America has become and completely obliterates what the word 'justice' is supposed to mean. If these people can get away with having so many people killed and are still walking the streets of America with Hitlery now attempting to become president, law and order means absolutely NOTHING in this country any more if our 'leaders' can break the law any time they want and have others killed.

Does anybody really think that the death of Ashe, or any of the others who mysteriously met their ends and were tied to the Clintons, will be solved and those responsible held accountable? If you really do, we've got some nice farmland right in the heart of Washington DC that we can sell you....and it's dirt cheap.

Why would Americans even think about (s)electing somebody to the highest office of the land who has been completely outed as being 'pure evil' with a lengthy body count surrounding them as heard in the 2nd video below from Evangelist K L Rich? As our videographer tells us, it's clear the mainstream media doesn't want this information getting out there, but should the American people really be kept in the dark about this?

Would a (s)election of Hillary, 'the queen of blood,' to the highest office in the land insure our total destruction? Would America even deserve 'redemption' if 'pure evil with a running body count' is voted into the highest office in the land or is a 'President Hillary Clinton' in our future simply another sign that America is rightfully doomed?

From Mena, Arkansas to Vince Foster, from Benghazi to Mary Mahoney, from Ron Brown to James Bunch, we hear in the 2nd video below why Hillary Clinton is the 'black widow of politics'. If Hitlery in the White House is the best that America can do, it's only fitting that our nation would deserve the fate that another Clinton presidency would bring us. We'd also expect that such a situation would see a massive explosion of 'the dead' as Hillary gets the NDAA and the full power of the US presidency behind her to help her do her dirty work. If we thought Bill and Obama were bad, we haven't seen anything yet.

Ashe — who was facing trial for tax fraud — died Wednesday afternoon in his house in Westchester County. The UN said he’d had a heart attack. But the local Dobbs Ferry police said Thursday that his throat had been crushed, presumably by a barbell he dropped while pumping iron.

..................at least four of these “board members” have either been charged or convicted of serious financial irregularities, crimes including bribery and fraud.

The most well-known of these board members is Vinod Gupta.

“Vinod Gupta, the founder and chairman of the database firm InfoUSA, was a major Clinton financial supporter who served as a foundation trustee.”

In 2008 he was charged with fraud by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for using company funds to support his luxurious lifestyle. He was alleged to have used more than $9.5 million in corporate funds to pay for personal jet travel, millions for his yacht, personal credit card expenses, and the cost of twenty cars. He settled with the SEC for $4 million.

Gupta also paid Bill Clinton a $3 million “consulting fee,” an act of misuse of corporate funds that brought shareholders to file a suit against him. The company eventually settled with shareholders to the tune of $13 million.

Another such person involved with financial irregularities is foundation trustee Sant Chatwal, who has convictions for illegal campaign financing, obstruction of justice, and a list of other charges.

Then there is trustee Victor Dahdaleh, who “was charged by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in Great Britain with paying more than 35 million pounds in bribes to executives in Bahrain to win contracts of more than 2 billion pounds,” the book notes..............

“You really think that, Tom? You really think they can be shamed in any way, shape or form?” asked Carr, who had just finished telling Fitton that the Associated Press had discovered that out of 154 non-governmental people Clinton met with as America’s top diplomat, 85 were donors to the Clinton Foundation or another Clinton-affiliated organization with combined contributions exceeding $156 million. Of the 85, more than 40 gave at least $100,000 and another 20 gave $1 million.

Fitton said he was stunned by the response when it was revealed in the latest batch of emails that there was an attempt to get a meeting with the secretary for a Nigerian-Lebanese billionaire through the Clinton Foundation, rather than official State Department channels. “They said: ‘Well, we weren’t elected.'”

Fitton said the shuttering of operations has already begun.

The Clinton Foundation no longer accepts contributions from foreigners and corporations and they have cancelled the annual Clinton Global Initiative, he said.

“I think they are going to get pressure–and they are–from the left and the right–to shut the foundation down,” he said.

Foreign contributions make up 40 percent of the foundation’s revenue and once they stop taking in new money the foundation is done, he said.

At the end of the segment, Carr asked Fitton what was coming next from Judicial Watch.

Fitton said there were 200 more Abedin emails coming from the State Department from the same request that produced the 725 pages of emails released Monday.
