Valium isn't used for a reason: don't drink metho- I've seen it and the imbiber is not proud of themselves, simply desperate for sleep!

Take anti-depressants if you want or need to but I would not put them as a higher priority than good food and sleep and better company or even organised sports and clubs that don't overly value alcohol.
