It is disgustingly filthy, half a billion Indians dont have access to a toilet and randomly cr@p in the fields or the street. Maybe they were just homesick.

I ask myself the same questions every time I visit. Why can't the clean the place up? You visit someone's house and it's spotless. And they sweep their rubbish out the front door, into some beggar's face.

I've given up wondering, but I understand exactly how first-time visitors feel. The look on their face says it all.

my daughter went last year for 8 days with a group of ladies  they only drank bottled water and it was all warm...she said it or lemonade was  horrible but liquid...
only one lady got a tummy upset  with food.  so that was good   she went to the Taj Mahal . thousands upon thousands of Indians visit it all day and every day.

There are some places in India I would genuinely like to visit. And I have a good friend who lives in Manali. I leave for Japan for three weeks on May 22 but I know Japan so well I'd rather be going most anywhere else ... even India. Don't know if my stomach (or nose) could take it, however.

I rode a motorbike from Delhi to Shimla, Spiti Valley then ended up in Manali. I'd been popping imodium while on the bike for obvious reasons but stopped when I got there as I had a few days to get normal again.

A Perth woman was left shocked and disgusted after she stumbled upon a taxi driver taking a dump on a park verge in Leederville on Tuesday.

You dont want to know what the river looks like or whats floating in it behind the Taj Mahal. Whites pay ten times the entry cost as Indians, from memory whites 250 rp Indians 25 rp.

We have water closets and cobbled roads and everything. The steam engine that powers the steet lights has even been recently updated.
