I think strike out is cumbersome and unnecessary ......simply highlight the part on which you wish to focus.

Thats the way you want to do it and perhaps it annoys me but i wouldnt try to make you stop. Greggory does it the way he wants to and im not sure it really annoys ppl. It looks like a witchhunt because at some point he crossed out an insult someone wanted him to return.

A Forum mod that I think many users might want
Today at 2:22pm   I've seen it on quite a few other Forums, and I think it would help quite a few posters, including myself, that's why I'm suggesting it to tell the truth.

Many times when we get into reading a lengthy thread we lose sight of the OP's original post and comments.

Rather than going all the way back to the first post on the first page, why couldn't we just have the original post repeated as the first post on every page. It's only one post, and it would save time not having to always flip back to the first post to make sure you understand precisely what the OP meant us to be discussing, especially when the Subject conflicts with a thread that has gone way off topic a few pages before what you are reading.

Can it be done here on OZPOLITICS. If not thanks for reading this, but if it can, will you consider taking the time to implement it?

What does everyone think about this? Do you see it being useful? Would you want it? I would make a poll, but I'm not 100% sure on how to.  Embarrassed
