There wouldn't be a need for seasonal workers from overseas if Australian seasonal workers weren't so viciously discriminated against with savage penalties and massive piles of red tape. This severely constrains the mobility of labour in Australia. Removing these constraints would greatly reduce regional labour shortages.

Aussies with time on their hands prefer the DOLE.
